Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after paying the fee. However, the cancellation will only be entertained with a valid reason only

SRIKISHAN SARDA COLLEGE does not accept cancellation requests after admission is confirmed and the last date of admission is over

In case of exam fee etc. No refund request will be entertained

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

As we are not selling any goods, so this policy does not include any claim against missing of materials.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in HAILAKANDI, Assam
